As The Voice's third season rolls on, you can now check out these two exclusive behind-the-scenes clips. In one, you can see the 16 members of Team Adam talking about their blind auditions as they watch them for the first time, while the other features their coach, Adam Levine, talking about the show's third season, the ones that got away – particularly Gracia Harrison, a stunning country singer who went with Blake Shelton – and who on his team stands out already.

"Nicole [Johnson], she kinda blew everybody's mind," says Levine. "I was just kinda stunned by her power and her presence, especially when I turned around and saw how she performed. Brian Keith is another huge standout; he had this incredible gruffness, a New York kid, I love that."
