A$AP Rocky Gets 'Wild' on 'Letterman'
Rapper brings A-Trak and a gilded throne with him
January 16, 2013 8:30 AM
A$AP Rocky knows how to make an entrance: the New York rapper began his performance last night on the Late Show With David Letterman seated on a plush, gilded throne, looking positively regal. He got up when the woozy beat kicked in on a medley of "Long Live A$AP" and "Wild for the Night," delivering rhymes and singing falsetto on the hook, the tail of his baggy jacket billowing behind him as he worked the stage. A-Trak, DJ Clark Kent and AraabMuzik joined him on the songs, which come from A$AP's new album, Long.Live.A$AP.
