Steve Jobs' Musical History
Introduction
Steve Jobs, who died of pancreatic cancer on October 5th, 2011, was instrumental in fundamentally changing the way people consume music. An important part of his digital revolution was cooperation with artists, for whom iTunes and the iPod are largely responsible for getting music to fans. As these photos show, over the years, Jobs teamed up formally or informally with musicians from U2 to Wynton Marsalis to usher in Apple's ever-evolving music product lineup.
