On the Beach: A Sandy Relief Concert with My Morning Jacket

To help offset some of the destruction caused to the New Jersey shoreline by Hurricane Sandy, My Morning Jacket brought together some Jersey natives (Nicole Atkins, Brian Fallon of the Gaslight Anthem) and a few special guests (Steve Earle, the Preservation Hall Jazz Band) for On the Beach – A Sandy Relief Concert on January 2nd at the Paramount Theatre on the Asbury Park boardwalk. Proceeds will go to local non-profit organizations including Waves for Water, RebuildRecover, Coastal Habitat for Humanity, the Food Bank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties and Food for Thought By the Sea.
