Tiesto Was Everywhere

The King of the Crowdpleasing Swoosh and Gallop was either grinning behind the decks (from small beach patios to the Ultra Main Stage), endorsing products, promoting his multitude of ventures, mentoring his various proteges (EDM stars Hardwell, Avicii and Martin Garrix, amongst many others) and signing his autograph on various body parts or pieces of DJ equipment. The 45-year-old Dutchman now has taken on perhaps the greatest challenge of his long career, trying to concoct a follow-up hit to "I Love It" for scrappy Swedish duo Icona Pop. The two ladies popped up onstage during Tiësto’s Ultra main-stage set to dutifully help perform his undeniably energetic single "Let’s Go." It remains to be seen if the EDM faithful will heed their frantic shouts.
