A tiny Rivers Cuomo look-alike kicks it at the beach with his muscular lady friend in the strangely sweet video for Weezer's "LA Girlz"

A pint-sized Rivers Cuomo look-alike hits the beach in search of fun and friends in the oddly charming new video for Weezer's "LA Girlz."

The clip follows an adorable kid in plaid and oversized Buddy Holly glasses as he stalks the sand alone and sends out a series of Snapchats — including one that proclaims, "I'm the king of rock and roll… Completely" — that are eventually answered by a buxom, brawny babe. The odd couple run and dance across the beach to the tune of the aching, crunchy "L.A. Girlz," and at one point the woman even does a few bench presses with the kid.

"L.A. Girlz" debuted on Zane Lowe's Beats 1 radio show on February 17th, and it will appear on Weezer's latest self-titled album, this one, per its cover, to be referred to as "the White Album." The LP will also feature previously released cuts, "Thank God for Girls," "King of the World" and  "Do You Wanna Get High?"

"The White Album" follows 2014's Everything Will Be Alright in the End, and is slated to arrive on April 1st.
