Actor Andre Royo, best known for playing Reginald "Bubbles" Cousins on HBO's The Wire, narrates Nick Cave's heartwarming short story, "The Lonely Giant," in a video promoting the musician's charity book project Stories for Ways and Means. The story is about a weeping giant and the quirky creatures engulfed by her tears, like "a weasel in an overcoat" and mouse holding a "tiny green umbrella."

Stories for Ways and Means is a 350-page book featuring illustrated stories from 30 songwriters and visual artists, with guest narrators voicing accompanying short films. Proceeds benefit Room to Read and Pencils of Promise, two non-profit organizations that promote children's literacy programs.
