Watch M.I.A. Call Out Pop Divas in Bold 'P.O.W.A.' Video

"I'm not Rihanna/ I'm not Madonna," she rap-sings in new song

M.I.A. references Obama, Rihanna and more on new song "P.O.W.A."

M.I.A. released the visually stunning video for her new song "P.O.W.A." It's the singer's first new track since releasing her album AIM last September.

The self-directed clip opens with M.I.A. in a floral jumpsuit and sheer pink veil lying in a truck bed filled with yellow and pink flowers. Later, she's in the mountains wearing a flowing orange veil. A row of dancers in matching outfits with orange bucket hats move in around her like waves.

The song references Barack Obama, Osama Bin Laden and several pop stars. "I'm not Rihanna/ I'm not Madonna/ I'm not Mariah/ Or Ariana," she sings defiantly. "I'm been around in this world causing drama/ The real spice girl, hot girl power."

M.I.A. has not yet revealed if the song would launch a new album. AIM was her fifth LP and featured a guest spot from Zayn Malik on the song "Freedun." This year, she will be curating the London festival, Meltdown.
