Inspired by the Michael Keaton film "Multiplicity," the new music video for Brett Eldredge's "Drunk on Your Love" finds the Illinois singer walking the streets of Charleston, South Carolina, attempting to woo a woman who's being pursued by many other suitors. The problem? Those suitors are all played by Eldredge, too, creating a tangle of cloned, competitive Eldredges who are willing to do anything to turn the woman's gaze their way.
Over the course of three-and-a-half minutes, Eldredge reinvents himself as a florist, a cop, a cab driver, a sous chef and a lounge singer. His brother also makes an appearance, playing an unruly partier who's in the process of getting arrested by Eldredge-the-policeman while Eldredge-the-civilian runs past. By the clip's end, several Eldredges all wind up at the same restaurant, with everyone hoping to share a tabletop with the object of their shared intoxication. No spoilers, but let's just say this attack-of-the-clones piece leaves plenty of room for a sequel.
