Vanilla Fudge Revives 'You Keep Me Hanging On' on Fallon

The 1960s psychedlic band is on a farewell tour

Remember Vanilla Fudge? In 1967 they released a smoking, nearly seven-minute-long psychedelic cover of the Supremes hit "You Keep Me Hangin' On." They never matched its success and less than three years later they folded, though they have reunited many times over the years. They are now on what they claim to be a farewell tour, and they stopped by Jimmy Fallon last night to perform "You Keep Me Hangin' On" – though they kept it down to a lean four minutes.
