De facto Odd Future frontman Tyler, the Creator will release his new album, Wolf, on April 2nd, and a brand new single and video will premiere tonight on the Odd Future website at 9 p.m. PST/midnight EST. You can also check out the album's three different covers over at Pitchfork.

Along with the follow-up to his 2011 breakout album, the controversial Goblin, Tyler announced he'd be hitting the road in March, with dates throughout North America and Europe starting March 12th at Columbus, Ohio's Newport Music Hall.

In fittingly ridiculous fashion, Tyler announced the album with a video that finds the Odd Future sidekick Lionel "L-Boy" Boyce skydiving and shouting the news over the wind – making sure to take a few jabs at Tyler as well.

“Youth Knows No Pain”

Lykke Li | 2011

“Like on 'Youth Knows No Pain' — we are the ones that should demonstrate, because we can take it,” Likke Li said. “We can pierce ourselves, take Ecstasy, dance all night and still go to work at our McDonald's jobs.” Despite the hedonistic sentiment in the song, the Swedish singer also admitted in hindsight her youth had repercussions. “I remember when I was 18-19 and feeling that I know it all,” Li said. “I always feel that I know it all. But that song is about realizing you don’t, and reflecting, ‘Boy, if I only knew what would follow.’”
