WHAT HAPPENED YESTERDAY? Lana Clarkson's talent agent Nick Terzian testified that while Lana Clarkson has been portrayed as a Hollywood failure by the defense, she was actually one of his top draws among his four-hundred-plus clients. When the defense took over questioning, they inexplicably showed the video Lana Unleashed, a twenty-five minute audition tape, in an attempt to show that Clarkson was depressed when the big-time talent agencies didn't express interest in it. Instead, they introduced a living, breathing Lana Clarkson to the jury for the first time, instead of the anonymous woman of the gory crime-scene photos. Big, big, big mistake.

IS THIS GOOD OR BAD FOR SPECTOR? Fatal. The defense has tried to show that Lana Clarkson died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound, but they seemingly committed suicide, themselves, yesterday.

SPECTOR SPEAKS! Spector spoke at length in court for the first time as he pleaded to Judge Fidler to delay the trial for a few days because a member of his defense team, Linda Kenney-Baden, was unable to attend court due to an illness. Fidler said, in essence, that the remaining four members of his million-dollar legal team would have to pick up the slack.

The lines "If I listen to your lies, would you say/I'm a man without conviction/I'm a man who doesn't know how to sell a contradiction," described his life at the time, he said. "I was selling this big lie."
