The fourth annual iHeartRadio Music Festival is shaping up to be a typically star-studded concert, featuring a litany of pop's biggest artists performing over the course of two days. Taylor Swift, Coldplay, Usher, Ariana Grande, Nicki Minaj, Mötley Crüe, Zac Brown Band, One Direction will all perform, as will Ed Sheeran, Paramore, Iggy Azalea, Eric Church, Lorde and Calvin Harris, among others. The festival's organizers are also promising special surprise guests at the event, which will take place at Las Vegas' MGM Grand Hotel and Casino on September 19th and 20th.
The festival will also feature an iHeartRadio Music Festival Village in the lot across from Luxor Hotel and Casino featuring live performances by Iggy Azalea, Neon Trees, Kacey Musgraves, Childish Gambino, Magic!, the Pretty Reckless, Lil Jon and more. It will also include what organizers call "fan zones" and interactive experiences with brand partners.
"Year after year the iHeartRadio Music Festival continues to deliver an unprecedented music experience for millions of fans nationwide," the festival's host, Ryan Seacrest, said in a statement. "I couldn't be more excited to be part of it. The adrenaline-pumping performances by pop stars and legendary artists alike, the never-seen-before collaborations, the energy of the fans and the artists, this is truly an event like no other."
Tickets for the general public will go on sale on July 26th at 1 p.m. EST.
Since the festival is a Clear Channel event, music fans who are unable to attend will be able to listen to a live broadcast of the event on Clear Channel stations in 150 cities or watch a live stream on Yahoo! Screen beginning each night at 10:30 p.m. EST. Fans can also watch a two-night special broadcast on the CW at 8 p.m. EST on September 29th and 30th.
