Great Good Fine Ok's remix of St. Lucia's "Elevate" strips the song down to its core elements, showing how much of the song is built on classic 1980s synth-pop. The album version on When the Night presented the song as a huge, soaring anthem – and, counter-intuitively, the Brooklyn band Great Good Fine OK cut the song down to an electropop number, with just a few synth strands peeking out under vocalist Jean-Philip Grobler's airy voice.

"We have some mutual friends and know [Great Good Fine OK's] manager well, so when they reached out, I was really excited to see what they would come up with," Grobler tells Rolling Stone. "I think this version turned out great. It takes the song in a different direction, while still keeping some of the Eighties feel that's so central to the tune."

St. Lucia are on a roll: they played both Lollapalooza and Governors Ball this year. On top of that, their 2014 tour is already selling out dates and being shifted to larger venues. Tickets are on sale now
