See Chris Young and Vince Gill's Fiery 'Fallon' Performance

Following his chart-topping duet "Think of You," Young releases Gill collaboration "Sober Saturday Night" to radio

Chris Young was joined by Vince Gill to sing "Sober Saturday Night" on 'The Tonight Show' over the weekend.

Chris Young gave a bravura performance at Nashville's Nissan Stadium during CMA Music Festival on June 11th, but he had already started the ball rolling with his June 10th performance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. Young was joined by Vince Gill for the appearance to perform his latest single, "Sober Saturday Night."

Less a duet with distinct parts than vocal collaboration, the heartbroken "Sober Saturday Night" boasts an intense, white-knuckle performance from Young and impossibly high harmonies and guitar work from Gill. The pair re-created the song on The Tonight Show stage, backed by house band The Roots, as Gill fired off one of his molten guitar solos.

"Sober Saturday Night" follows "Think of You," Young's collaboration with Cassadee Pope that became his eighth Number One song. During CMA Music Fest weekend, Young presented Pope — who came out to perform the song with him at Nissan Stadium — with her own gold sales plaque.
