Watch Alabama Shakes perform six tracks off their Album of the Year-nominated 'Sound & Color' on 'Austin City Limits'

The stellar 41st season of Austin City Limits picked up where it left off Saturday night as the Alabama Shakes, fresh off their Album of the Year Grammy nomination, delivered a six-song set featuring tracks off their 2015 LP Sound & Color. The hour-long ACL episode was split between Brittany Howard's crew and Los Angeles blues rockers Vintage Trouble.

Alabama Shakes were making their second appearance on the ACL stage as they previously performed during the series' 38th season. For their latest televised set, recorded on Howard's birthday on October 2nd, the band produced soulful, rousing renditions of Sound & Color tracks like "Future People," "Dunes," "This Feeling," "Gimme All Your Love," "Don't Wanna Fight" and the album's closer "Over My Head." As a web exclusive, Alabama Shakes also shared "Gemini."

The second half of Austin City Limits' 41st season continues January 9th with an episode devoted entirely to Kendrick Lamar.
