Artist: The Swellers
Song: "Running Out Of Places To Go"
Album: Running Out Of Places To Go
"This song came from a very bitter place, like the rest of the songs on our EP. Lyrically, this is as jaded and angry as it gets, but the song takes a sudden turn for the better toward the end," The Swellers' Nick Diener tells Rolling Stone. "Sometimes we take things for granted and find it hard to look on the bright side, living our lives the way we do. Never home. Sometimes hungry. We feel like we're running out of places to go. But then we have those moments, those moments where we realize we're doing what we love, making people happy, and we have the support of some truly amazing human beings."
