RJD2 Remixes Illogic and Blockhead's 'Live From the Horizon' – Song Premiere

Illogic and Blockhead – two hip-hop mainstays from Columbus, Ohio, and New York City, respectively – will release their first collaborative LP, Capture the Sun, April 16th on Man Bites Dog Records. Now you can take an exclusive first listen to RJD2's wonked out, lurching reworking of "Live From the Horizon," the kind of cut Illogic says comes "when close friends treat you like crap for a while . . . Blueprint told me most great art can't exist without pain." Of the remix itself, Blockhead added: "I was really excited with the direction RJ took the remix. It's cool when someone flips the entire vibe of a song on its back, 'cause it basically feels like creating an entire new song."
