Phoenix have revealed their new album will be called Bankrupt. The band posted an image on their Facebook page with their name and the title atop a hot pink background; they also included a link to their website complete with a "photosensitive epilepsy warning": there you'll find the same image flashing manically set to an eerie, jittery synth track presumably from the upcoming record.

Bankrupt is the long awaited follow-up to Phoenix's 2009 breakout Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix. No official word yet on the album's release date, but at a Spotify event last December, Daniel Glass – head of their label, Glassnote – said it should be out by April, adding that the band had just finished recording in Paris.
