Seemingly every day last week a new country tour was announced for the summer, with artists from Miranda Lambert to Florida Georgia Line hitting the road on multi-city treks.
Lambert's in particular is noteworthy for her choice of opening acts. After reviving her all-female Roadside Bars & Pink Guitars caravan in 2015, the singer-songwriter chose three guys for her Keeper of the Flame Tour: Kip Moore, and TJ and John Osborne, of Brothers Osborne. The tour kicks off in May.
Dierks Bentley is also launching his new tour in May. The Somewhere on a Beach Tour, named after his new single, enlists Randy Houser and Cam as support acts, while Darius Rucker mounts his Good for a Good Time run with Dan + Shay and Michael Ray, and Florida Georgia Line embark on the Dig Your Roots Tour with Cole Swindell and the Cadillac Three.
The ultimate rowdy run, however, involves Hank Williams Jr. and Chris Stapleton. Their short co-headlining jaunt launches in Tampa in August.
