In an effusive caption accompanying a split image of Cyrus and the Flaming Lips baring the top quadrants of their chests, Coyne wrote: "Oh fuck!!! Miley Cyrus is planning a show where her, the band (us) and the audience are all completely naked [while] milk (well white stuff that looks like milk) is being spewed everywhere… It's a video (in the works) for Miley Cyrus and her Dead Petz song the 'Milky Milky Milk.'"
Coyne did not provide any specifics, such as where the concert would be held, how the audience members would be cast, and what exactly the "white stuff that looks like milk" is if it is not milk.
The naked concert could happen during Cyrus and the Flaming Lips' upcoming six-date club tour, which begins in Chicago on November 19th. The shows will feature material from the pop star's wild Dead Petz LP, which Coyne and the Flaming Lips helped record and produce.
The album follows the pair's initial collaboration, a cover of the Beatles' "Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds," from the Lips' Sgt. Pepper's tribute album, With a Little Help From My Fwends.
While the "Milky Milky Milk" clip will solidify Cyrus and the Flaming Lips' place in the pantheon of naked performers — alongside the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Alanis Morissette, Erykah Badu, and Blink-182 — neither act is new to the nude gambit. Cyrus famously bared her heart and soul in the video for her 2013 smash, "Wrecking Ball" (and an exposed nipple during her VMA hosting gig recently caused a stir); while a naked mob stripped Coyne of his clothes in the 2009 video for the Flaming Lips' "Watching the Planets."
