Artist: Eternal Summers
Song: "You Kill"
Album: Correct Behavior
"When we were beginning to write the songs for Correct Behavior I would joke around trying to play these grand rock anthem chords and riffs because I knew that wasn't something we really had done as a band. At some point the joke became serious as we realized that this was music we really enjoyed writing and playing," Eternal Summers' Nicole Yun explains. "'You Kill' set the tone for how we wrote the rest of the album – not feeling bound by expectations or formulas, and not feeling apologetic about songs that we enjoyed making. Total freedom."
