Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst has signed on with CBS to star in a new sitcom, which he will also co-produce. The show, which has the working title Douchebag, will be about an aging rock star attempting to balance his life as a celebrity with the pressures of raising his family. At this point, the program is still being developed, but it could appear as part of the network's fall lineup.

Durst has a limited resumé as an actor. The rocker has appeared in a handful of episodes of the Fox hit House as a bartender, and had a role in the NBC mini-series Revelations back in 2005.
