Guitarist Don Felder has filed a lawsuit against his former Eagles bandmates Don Henley and Glenn Frey, claiming that he was wrongfully dismissed from the group last Tuesday. The suit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on February 9th, reportedly seeks the dissolution of Eagles Ltd., the band's corporation, as well as an accounting of record royalties, touring revenue and merchandising since Felder joined the band in 1974.
Calls to lawyers for Felder and the Eagles were not returned at press time.
