Click to listen to Lucero's album 'Women & Work'
Lucero's latest album, Women & Work, finds the Memphis band expanding on the brass-heavy country-soul sound they established on their previous album, 1372 Overton Park. "To me, it still sounds like Lucero," frontman Ben Nichols told Rolling Stone earlier this year. "The songs are still coming from the same place." The set features performances by a number of veteran session players from Memphis, which adds to the record's warm, lived-in quality. Women & Work will hit stores on March 13th, but you can stream the record in full today.
