Eric Clapton and Coldplay frontman Chris Martin will join an all-star cast of musicians December 12th for the "12-12-12" concert at Madison Square Garden to benefit victims of Hurricane Sandy, The Associated Press reports. The concert will also feature Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, Paul McCartney, the Who, Kanye West, Roger Waters, Bon Jovi, Alicia Keys, Eddie Vedder, Billy Joel and Dave Grohl. The Rolling Stones have also been invited to perform.
Musicians Step Up for Hurricane Sandy Relief
Proceeds from the benefit, which will be broadcast live worldwide on 34 TV and online outlets, will go to the Robin Hood Relief Fund for hurricane victims in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
