Demi Lovato Plans a Memoir

Singer and 'X Factor' judge signs multi-book deal

Demi Lovato is set to share her stories in a new medium: The singer and actress signed a multi-book deal with Feiwel and Friends on Monday, The Associated Press reportsThe first book will be a compilation of tweets about her life called Stay Strong: 365 Days a Year and is due out in November.

Lovato has struggled with drug addiction, an eating disorder and other personal troubles, and is planning on penning a memoir as part of the book deal. 

Lovato will return to television this fall with appearances on Glee in addition to her second year as a mentor on The X Factor.

Springsteen told Rolling Stone the alienation the man feels is a metaphor for life in a politically altered post-9/11 America. “Who would have ever thought we’d live in a country without habeas corpus?” he said. “That’s Orwellian. That’s what political hysteria is about and how effective it is. I felt it in myself. You get frightened for your family, for your home. And you realize how countries can move way off course, very far from democratic ideals.”
