Many artists have rallied around presidential candidate Bernie Sanders from across genres, including Killer Mike, Tom Morello, Best Coast, Bonnie Raitt, Cat Power, Lucinda Williams and more. Now, the electronic music community is adding to the candidate's list of artist supporters. Bassnectar, Z-Trip, Cobra Starship and others have contributed their original music to a new #RaveForBernie compilation.

As Billboard reports, Tommie Sunshine curated the 12-song set. "This compilation is important to me for two reasons. One is to rally support around a man who is trying to change our world for the better," he said in a statement. "Two is simply to show that electronic music artists can galvanize around a cause and change the conversation within our scene.

"Each artist involved here is passionate about Bernie and isn't afraid to be vocal about it," he continued. "I believe this is important because California has the chance to show the world that we want real change. Enjoy the music and please vote on June 7th."

Bassnectar contributed his song with Levitate, "Chasing Heaven," the lead track on the compilation. The artist recently announced via Twitter that he will be releasing a new surprise album this Friday called Unlimited.

Thurston Moore also recently showed his support for Sanders with the announcement of a flexi-disc vinyl release for "Feel it in Your Guts," which is available for free with individual donations to Sanders' campaign.
