New York City rockers Devin showed off their elaborate collection of bracelets that they have acquired as performers at this year's SXSW backstage at Rolling Stone's Rock Room day party. In doing so, the band recalled the highlights of their experience at the festival, which included a particularly great food truck outside the Spotify House and scoring some free speakers at the Virgin Lab, which they plan on selling on Craig's List when they get home. Gary Clark, Jr. is working with producers Rob Cavallo (Green Day) and Mike Elizondo (Eminem, Fiona Apple) on his upcoming major-label LP. Scottish quartet We Were Promised Jetpacks are SXSW veterans, but they're still adjusting to some peculiarities of the festival. "It's sorta strange to be playing a gig at 12 in the afternoon when you've just got out of your bed," says guitarist Michael Palmer.
