    This year's South by Southwest Music Festival was bigger -- and colder -- than ever. But once you got past the lines and out of the wind, there was plenty to see.     South by Southwest is just a fancy term for spring break for the music industry. Held annually in Austin, Texas, it's also a chance to see as many bands as possible in intimate settings before they hit big settings.
