    Lady Gaga will be delivering the keynote address at this year's South by Southwest Festival.     Lady Gaga will perform at this year's South by Southwest for the first time, appearing at the Doritos #BoldStage at Stubb's on Thursday, March 13.     Since 2007, iTunes Festival, the free month-long concert series sponsored by Apple, has become a London mainstay, and now the tech giant is bringing it stateside at next month's South by Southwest festival, according to Associated Press.
