Pete Wentz has been on the road for most of the summer with his band Fall Out Boy in support of their latest album, this year's smash American Beauty/American Psycho. Which has given the bassist plenty of time to listen to other artists' music during those long bus rides from one gig to the next. But Fall Out Boy are still on tour, which means that, for Wentz, the summer is still going, and so he compiled what he calls his "Never-Ending Summer Playlist" for us. It's full of nostalgic warm-weather anthems and newer songs he loves every season.

Jason Isbell, "Something More Than Free"
Jason Isbell is so deeply authentic. This song makes me think about driving around with the windows down in August.

The Misfits, "Die Die My Darling"
This one reminds me of skateboarding and staying out as late as I could without my parents totally freaking out.

Beastie Boys, "Sabotage"
When I was younger, I'd watch MTV literally all day in the summer. I remember watching this video and thinking, "I want to do that."

Travie McCoy, "Golden"
Sia sings on this, Diplo co-produced it. If that doesn't scream summer anthem, I don't know what does. It makes me want to hang on the beach with a coconut drink.

Wiz Khalifa, "Stayin Out All Night"
I heard this song every night this summer when Fall Out Boy toured with Wiz. It's a party anthem with a little soul in it. He's a modern-day hippie — such good vibes.
