The Fray, "Heartless" [Kanye West Cover]
Remember the Fray? Number One on the charts Fray? To help jog your memory — or to endear themselves to you all over again — they've released this quivering take on Kanye's "Heartless" that somehow out-emos the original. S-M would like to dub this version "Death Cab for Kanye."

There are certain readers of Single Minded who get inexplicably bent out of shape when we post things that aren't fresh-from-the-studio. So to those people, forgive us for being four days late on the Yeah Yeah Yeah's blistering Ramones cover. We only run once a week, after all.
Joe Crepusculo, "Gabriela" [El Guincho Remix]
It's a small world after all: El Guincho takes Spanish popster Joe Crepusculo to Jamaica, turning in a dark, dubby re-imagining of Crepusculo's "Gabriela." For his next trick, El Guincho will turn the latest Matisyahu single into Christian Rock.
