The 'Walking Dead' Cast 'Sings' the Halloween Classic 'Monster Mash'
Mashup matches dialogue from the show with Bobby 'Boris' Pickett's lyrics

Some enterprising Walking Dead fans recently worked overtime in their Frankenstein labs to stitch together gory scenes and singalong-ready dialogue for a Walking Dead version of "The Monster Mash." The YouTubers, who operate the channel Official Comedyalso modified a few lines of Bobby "Boris" Pickett's 1962 graveyard smash to make them more Walking Dead appropriate.

The video, which runs just under two minutes, finds the show's protagonist, Rick Grimes, sharing lines with the villainous Governor and the whole cast "singing" retrofitted lyrics such as "the walkers all came from their humble abode to get shot up with my crossbow." Who knew slaying zombies could parlay so easily into a novelty rock hit?

The Walking Dead, now in its fourth season, airs Sunday nights on AMC.
