Peter Travers has spent a lot of time bashing movies recently, but this week he's got nothing but love for Chronicle, a movie about super-powered teens that is actually fresh, new and scary, and Rampart, an excellent movie in which Woody Harrelson plays a totally despicable cop with a touch of humanity. It may not be a Valentine's Day movie that gets you in the heart, but as Travers says, "it gets you every place else."
