Portia de Rossi, a.k.a Lindsay Bluth, stopped by Late Night with Jimmy Fallon to talk about the long-awaited return of Arrested Development, which hits Netflix all at once on May 26th.

While de Rossi didn't reveal anything new about the possibility of a follow-up movie, she pointed out that because each of the 15 new episodes in the upcoming fourth season is a stand-alone, the order they're watched in doesn't necessarily matter, giving fans a different perspective depending on how they watch.

Fallon then premiered a brand-new Arrested Development clip that found de Rossi and David Cross (as Lindsay's cut-offs clad husband Tobias Fünke) trying to buy a new house – despite having no incoming income, but plenty of outgoing income – from the excellently named real estate dealer James "I Don't Sell" Carr(s), played by guest star Ed Helms.
