Peter Travers says that Sacha Baron Cohen's latest movie The Dictator is not consistently funny, but when it's good, it's absolutely hilarious. One joke, in which Cohen's ruthless despot extols the virtues of dictatorship in way that closely mirrors the One Percent versus the Ninenty-Nine Percent rhetoric of the Occupy movement, delivers the kind of laughs "that stick in your throat." It may not be as good as Borat, but the inspired moments are worth it.
