Starting this weekend, Michael Douglas reprises his Oscar-winning role as the money-hungry Gordon Gekko in Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps . Peter Travers says that while Gekko may be back, all the fun of the original Wall Street, the 1987 movie directed by Oliver Stone, is long gone. "Oliver Stone is just preaching from a pulpit," Travers says, adding that Gekko has been transformed from a villain you love to hate into a role model who invests in clean energy. Money may never sleep, but Travers says he was sleeping 15 minutes into this film, which co-stars Carey Mulligan as Gekko's bratty estranged daughter and Shia LeBeouf as her fiancé.
