Watch Channing Tatum Do Seven Dances in 30 Seconds

'Magic Mike XXL' star vogues, does funky chicken for new video

Channing Tatum's role in the dance film Step Up broke him as one of Hollywood's favorite leading men, and while he's grown into a megastar, his dancing skills are never far behind. While shooting his Vanity Fair cover with Annie Leibowitz, Tatum showcased seven dance moves in 30 seconds.

From the twist to the funky chicken, Tatum gave a brief taste of his abilities for each of the moves in a clip soundtracked by Ginuwine's "Pony." His abilities to vogue, however, top it all, confirming that he has become the Gene Kelly of our generation.

Tatum's latest film, Magic Mike XXL, is currently in theaters. The sequel to 2012's Magic Mike is inspired by Tatum's real-life experience as a stripper in Florida. Later this year, he'll appear in Quentin Tarantino's Western The Hateful Eight alongside Samuel L. Jackson and Kurt Russell. He's also been tapped to play the lead in Gambit, the latest film from The X-Men universe.
