Travers on 'The Green Hornet': Not Half Bad, Not Half Good Either

Despite all the bad buzz and the fact that it's being released in January, usually a burial ground for movies, Peter Travers says that Seth Rogen's The Green Hornet isn't half bad. He's quick to add that it's not half good either, noting that the film goes off the rails in its final twenty minutes and that Rogen lacks chemistry with Cameron Diaz in a romantic subplot. Nevertheless, he was impressed by Academy Award-winning Inglourious Basterds star Christoph Waltz's performance as the picture's villain and director Michel Gondry's stylish action sequences.
