Brad Pitt Makes Baseball Stats Exciting in 'Moneyball'

POSTED:

Moneyball, a movie about a baseball manager using statistical analysis to put together a top-quality team, may be rooted in dry subject matter, but Peter Travers says the movie manages to make the stats seem genuinely fun and exciting. Brad Pitt and Jonah Hill make for an unlikely but very appealing duo, and the film's message about focusing on raw talent rather than money and prestige is inspiring.
