To the excitement of patient fans, Square Enix has finally revealed a new Kingdom Hearts 3 trailer, following its premiere at the Los Angeles performance of the Kingdom Hearts Orchestra World Tour. The new trailer offers a brief look at the sequel's take on a Hercules-inspired level, a glimpse of some of the game's massive bosses, along with the return of Maleficent, Pete, and Hades. Today's new trailer arrives on the four-year anniversary of the game’s original announcement at E3 2013.
Game director Tetsuya Nomura says the game will not have any further presence at E3 – the next reveal of any kind will be a new trailer on July 15 that will show another world from the game. That will be timed as part of Disney's D23 Expo.
Kingdom Hearts 3 is coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, but there's no confirmed release date yet.
