Super Mario Run appeared on iOS on December 15, but Android phone owners are still waiting for their chance to play. A listing appeared on Google Play on December 29 but it was just a tease asking interested funghi fans to register for notifications. Now, finally, there's a release window and it's March.
Not that Nintendo has anything else going on in March like, say, releasing brand new console the Switch on March 3.
Players can expect the price same setup as we saw on iOS, free to download but $9.99 to unlock the full game. As our review explains, that's a fair price considering just how much there is beyond the simple World Tour levels.
Elsewhere in the Nintendo universe there's a Fire Emblem Heroes game coming to mobile too, but that will arrive on Android first.
