Blizzard's team shooter Overwatch just grabbed another award, this time taking home the Game Of The Year honors from the D.I.C.E. Summit, hosted by The Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences.
The D.I.C.E. Summit is an event for the movers and shakers of video games where they give presentations about games and drink, golf and go-kart their way around Las Vegas.
This year the awards were hosted by Jessica Chobot from Nerdist News and Kinda Funny's Greg Miller. Overwatch also took home Outstanding Achievement in Game Design, Outstanding Achievement in Online Gameplay and Action Game of the Year. The awards are a big deal for developers because the winners are chosen by other people in the business of making games, it's like getting a hearty slap on the back from your favorite manager.
Of course Overwatch isn't just recognized in the industry. It took home the top award at The Game Awards back in December too.
