Nintendo Switch Games: the Good, the Bad, and the Weird

We played a bunch of the Switch's games. Here are the ones that stood out

Super Bomberman R

I'm of the belief that there should be a multiplayer Bomberman game available in perpetuity on every major platform. There is no panicked hysteria like Bomberman panicked hysteria, and when the Switch launches in March, you'll be able to jump online and play a super faithful version of the original 16-bit series. No, none of those weird circular polygonal explosions of Bomberman 64, and thankfully none of the rain-slicked adolescent grade angst of Bomberman: Act Zero. After 10 minutes with Super Bomberman R, I successfully boxed in someone with an expertly kicked bomb, and everything was right in the world.
