Death Stranding "The Game Awards Teaser"

Kojima released two similarly batshit crazy Death Stranding trailers this year, but it was this second epic, clocking in at just over five minutes when it debuted at the Game Awards in early December that got us talking the most. Though it's fundamentally creepy and unsettling with its dead crabs, black goop, dystopian setting and Low Roar soundtrack, if you dig deeper and look at the tiny details it raises all kinds of questions. Why is the rainbow upside down? What does the symbol on Guillermo del Toro's pin mean? What's the deal with Mads Mikkelsen's goop tubes? Is the whole thing really all about the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse? Is the baby in the flask related to the one Norman Reedus was holding in the first trailer? What's the significance of the scar on Guillermo's head?
