30. Rez Infinite
Rez is a game that always felt like it belonged in virtual reality, even in 2001 when it was first released. Flying through the supernetwork blasting viruses and firewalls in time to pulsing electronic music seemed like a future that should have been, and 15 years later Rez Infinite still feels like that lost future. Even without PS VR turning it into a cyberpunk dream, playing Rez Infinite on a big TV is strikingly hypnotic, especially in new level Area X. A space that removes the rails and gives you the freedom to fly where you please, with Area X Rez Infinite lives up to the promise it made 15 years ago.
