Galen 'Starkiller' Marek

With the voice and likeness of Being Human actor Sam Witwer (who, interestingly, has since moved on to voice Darth Maul in Star Wars: Rebels,) Galen Marek was originally conceived of as the "anti-Luke Skywalker." His callsign "Starkiller" was actually a sly reference to Luke's original name in the early Star Wars scripts, where his last name was Starkiller. Also referred to as "The Apprentice," Marek's story began with him as Darth Vader's right-hand-guy, hunting and slaughtering the last of the Jedi before eventually flipping sides and helping forge the Rebel Alliance. Although associated with 2008's The Force Unleashed and its 2010 sequel, Marek actually first appeared as a fighter in Soulcalibur IV alongside Darth Vader and Yoda. He has since appeared in multiple novelizations and comic books as well as Lego Star Wars III: The Clone Wars.
