Get Your First Look at the Super Nintendo World Theme Park

Then watch Shigeru Miyamoto at the Groundbreaking Ceremony

A new animated trailer is here to help us visualize just what the new Universal theme park, Super Nintendo World, will look like. The answer seems to be a health and safety nightmare, but in a really adorable way. Fans are already losing their minds over the teaser, sharing reaction videos like "Literally Crying Over Super Nintendo World Reveal from Universal Studios!"

We also got to see footage from the delightfully oddball groundbreaking ceremony for the new theme park, with an appearance from legendary game designer, and creator of Mario, Shigeru Miyamoto.

So when will you actually get to visit the $545 million wonderland? The plan is currently to have it finished in time for the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo.
