Ike, the star of Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance and the series' Mr Popular is finally arriving in the mobile game Fire Emblem Heroes. The trailer also shows Ike's sister Mist, Soren and Titania, who will all arrive as part of a new summoning event tomorrow.

In the Fire Emblem lore Ike leads the Greil Mercenaries, who offer protection services to villages and towns. Sharp-eared fans will notice that he has a new voice actor for Fire Emblem Heroes, Greg Chun.

Fire Emblem Heroes was released on February 2 and made close to $3 million on its first day. The grid based spin-off of the massive series lets players collect their favorite heroes to battle. It's what's known as a gacha game (a name that comes from those machines that spit out plastic eggs with toys inside) and in Fire Emblem Heroes you summon a random hero to join your army by using orbs. Nintendo has faced some criticism for the potential for the huge cost to hardcore players, with orb prices starting at $5.99 for 10 orbs, up to a bundle of 140 orbs for a painful $74.99.
